Macadamia nut oil has developed a reputation as the world's healthiest oil due to it's high level of good monounsaturated fats - in excess of 80%. Not even olive oil is that good! Macadamia nut oil has a smoke point about twice that of olive oil, meaning you can use it for a huge range of cooking including frying, baking and basting.
